The Yoga of Inner Sound
There are many streams that lead to the same ocean... Many paths of Yoga that lead to the same goal ~ of realizing the Self , as One With All.
Nada Yoga is Sound Meditation , bringing the mind to complete focus using Sacred Sound and Mantras. 📿 The power of Your Voice aligning with the breath is an alchemical process that stimulates the throat and heart chakra or energy center, bridging the way up to the crown, opening up the flower of awareness to receive universal inner wisdom. 🌀✨
Come for silence and tune in to the inner sound...
Nada Yoga Sound Meditation tomorrow is on at 7pm-8pm and every Wednesday of April.
Shanti ~ Peace
In short, Nada Yoga is “union through sound”. The union of body, mind and spirit.
Nada Yoga is a branch of Yoga in which transformation is brought through Nada or Sound. It is said that Nada Yoga is one of the ways to reach Samadhi or Liberation. To realize the Self through Sound.
Science is now beginning to study what Yogis from India have understood since ancient times, that Sound has a profound effect on matter.
Nada has the same place in Yoga as energy has in science. We can’t see energy, but we can feel it as vibrations. All energy, all vibrations generate sound.
Sound is one way for us to experience this energy.
In a Nada Yoga class, we will experience this profound power and its healing benefits.
ॐ NADA YOGA
The Yoga of Sound
The path of Nada Yoga enables one to experience stillness when the mind is absorbed in the vibration of sound, allowing the body to naturally relax and eventually slip into a state of deep relaxation.
It helps calm anxiety, relieves stress, increases ability to focus, and generally promotes a balanced feeling of well-being. Also highly recommended for those would like to try meditation for the first time.

You Alone are my Relative And You Alone are my Friend.
You are the Divine Wisdom, the essence of everything I know, everything I am learning, and everything I do not know but seek to understand and realize. You are my Highest Wealth and the Bestower of all the best things in this life and the next. You are All in All; You are everything to me. You are the core of my being.
